Removal and Correction of Results Data

exits.zone publishes skydiving competition results — the "Competition results" pages. This procedure describes where that data comes from and how to ask us to correct it or take it off publication if it concerns you.
1. Where the data comes from
Results pages are compiled from openly published sources: official federation Telegram channels, published competition protocols and judging systems. We do not claim the status of an official source and do not publish legally binding protocols — every results page says so explicitly.
2. What is published
We publish what the source itself already made public: the athlete's name, team name, region, placing, per-round scores, participation statuses and any notes on the result that were part of the original protocol. No other personal data is extracted from the protocols or published.
3. How to contact us
Write to support@exits.zone. To help us find the right rows quickly, please include:
- the name exactly as shown on the results page;
- the competition (or a link to the page) your request concerns;
- what exactly is wrong — or what you ask to take off publication.
We will reply within 7 days.
4. What we do upon request
- Correct inaccuracies. A misspelled name, wrong region, scores or placing — we verify against the source and fix it.
- Unpublish the athlete's personal page. At your request, the personal athlete page (once such pages exist on the site) stops being published and is excluded from the site's sitemap.
5. What we do not do
We do not strike individual rows out of competition results tables: a table is a single reflection of the published protocol, and selective editing would make it unreliable for every other participant. The competition protocol in the Exits app also stays complete.
